Terms & Conditions — Wash & Fold (Pickup & Delivery Service)

1. Service Type

• This service is for Wash & Fold laundry only.
• No Dry Cleaning services are included.
• Laundry is washed with unscented detergent and medium heat drying.

2. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery dates/times are confirmed via the service confirmation page or message.
• Standard turnaround time is up to 24 hours after pickup, with delivery by 9:00 PM the following day.

3. Customer Responsibility

• Customers must ensure that all pockets are emptied prior to pickup.
• Quick & Clean Laundry Centre will make a reasonable effort to check pockets, but is not responsible for items left inside clothing (e.g., pens, keys, money, receipts, etc.)

4. Care & Liability

While every effort is made to handle garments with care, Quick & Clean Laundry Centre is not responsible for:

• Shrinking, fading, or colour bleeding
• Damage to delicate fabrics or trims
• Tears, holes, or wear from normal washing/drying processes
• Missing or misplaced items
• Customers acknowledge that all laundry is processed at their own risk.

5. General

By scheduling a pickup, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. Quick & Clean Laundry Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
